09:00 – 10:00 (1 hour):*Traditional Shotokan Basics (10+) and Children (under 10) (Yamate Sakino, 2. Dan)

10:00 – 11:00 (1 hour): Advanced Kihon + Shitai kata of choice (Ramon Baturoni, 6. Dan)

11:00 – 12:00 (1 hour): Kata (Lisa-Lee Greenspan, 6.Dan, Chief Instructor)

12:00 – 13:00 (1 hour): Kumite (Jeffrey Vink, 3. KUY)

13:00 – 14:00 (1 hour): Lunch

14:00 – 15:00 (1 hour): Kumite (Sammy Rohner, 3. Dan)

15:00 – 16:00 (1 hour): Bunkai (Jari Reinikainen, 2. Dan)
